Definition | An impressioning technique for implants where the dentist has access through the impression tray to the retaining screws. The screws are removed through the open tray before the impression is removed from the mouth. The transfer copings remain fixed in the impression. Implant analogs are attached to the transfer copings before the model is poured. |
