Definition | An arrangement of anterior teeth that gives the patient a stronger, more aggressive appearance. The standard male esthetic composition is this: 1. Centrals flat to the front of the mouth, one depressed slightly from the other, on the occlusal plane and vertical in profile. 2. Laterals on the curve of the arch, depressed from the centrals, mesials rotated in and 1 to 2 mm shorter than the centrals. 3. Cuspids on the curve of the arch, 1 to 3 mm shorter than the centrals, rotated out 1 to 2 mm at the gingival with the mesials rotated slightly out and the distals in. |
